Happy new year and may this year find you happy and filled with creativity and inspiration. For me, this is a special year as I am finally taking the leap and transforming my life, following dreams that appear daunting and scary. This year is going to have a lot of changes. Good or bad? - that’s for time to tell. For this year’s first post here on Kate-an, I have a makeup look I created for NYE. This look is inspired by new year itself and all the new beginnings and changes that are about to take place in my life. Hence the name sunrise. When I did this makeup look, I tried to recreate the colors of the sun as I many times have seen it glide onto the sea. This point of the day where it marks a new beginning for the world and gives us a clean slate and an opportunity to make today awesome. For this look I used NYX ultimate brights palette and Urban Decay palette Heat. Hope you enjoyed this post, I sure enjoy playing with new colors and makeup looks and can’t wait to show
