... Ways To Change Your Energy ...

Do you know that feeling of being stuck in a rut?
When you feel like everyday is the same and every relationship around you feels dull and pointless?
I have definitely had those feelings before. Usually they come without warning. And most of the time they developed over time in our subconscious. And as easy as they come that hard it is to get rid of them. I have found over the years that the simplest changes can shift my energy and consequentially my mood around and make me a better version of myself.
Here are a few of the things I like to do when I feel low.

Start a new hobby

When was the last time you did something you enjoyed? When was the last time you laughed like a kid? When was the last time you did something just for fun, without thinking if it will evolve to something profitable or even if you are good at it? Hobbies are for the joy of our soul, they are there to remind us that even if we do something that we have remotely no talent at we can still have fun and feel good.

Change your space

Your house is the same since you where a student or a teen? Have you noticed that the space you are waking up, going to sleep and doing everything in between does not give you joy? When the vibes are negative in your own house it can pull you down. You start to feel low and unmotivated. Now it’s the perfect chance to change your space. Put some color and add a few plants. You don’t have to splurge if you don’t have the budget. There are great ideas and tips on the internet on how to upgrade your space with what you already have.

Go out

Instead of spending your lunch break at work inside a depressing staff room/ coffee room, take your lunch, go to your nearest park and enjoy the sun and the cool spring breeze. It will give you just the right amount of energy to keep going with your day and your mood will be lifted as well. Studies have shown that the sun is very important in human beings in order for them to feel happy. That’s why people that live in the northern countries that have less sunny days are more prone to depression and psychological disorders than the people living in the south. Have you been out today?

What do you do to change your energy?

Thanks for being here!
