Tortilla
pizzas
Ingredients
v
1 Brown Multi-Seed
Tortilla
v
Mozzarella
Cheese
v
Quorn Pieces [
Protein based meat substitute ]
v
Mushrooms
v
Tomato Sauce
Spread
the tomato sauce on the tortilla. Chop the mushrooms and add them on. Proceed
by cooking the quorn in a pan for 3-4 min and adding that on top as well and
finish with the mozzarella evenly spread for best results.
Bake in
a fan oven for 15 min on 180 C.
Enjoy
while hot!
Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
v
Long peppers
of choice
v
Feta cheese
v
Goats cheese
v
Olive oil
Cut the
peppers from top to bottom and take out seeds.Fill
them with the cheese and sprinkle olive oil on top.Bake in
a fan oven for 15 – 20 min until the peppers are soft and the cheese has melted.
Enjoy hot
or cold!
Veggie mince
with sweet potato
Ingredients
v
Quorn mince 2
cups
v
Peas 1 cup
v
Feta cheese 50
g
v
Onion 1 red
medium
v
Sweet potato 1
medium
v
Ketchup
In a
pan put some oil and let it heat. Chop the onion and put that in the pan. Stir
until it starts to become white and then add the peas and the quorn mince.Add
salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.When
you turn off the fire add the feta cheese and stir it all together.
In the
oven bake the sweet potato for 25 minutes and when done peel it and cut. Use
ketchup to add some extra flavor and décor your plate.

Really
hope you enjoyed these 3 recipes. One of my goals for the month February is to
eat vegetarian only and so far so good.I have
been trying to keep things interesting and try out new recipes and snack ideas
but these 3 are the ones I have been obsessed with so far.They
are really easy and quick to make which make them perfect for meal prepping and
food on the go.
