...Planning Your Perfect Morning...




Tip 1: Make sure to wake up early. That way you will get the most out of your day but make sure to get enough sleep!








Tip 2: It’s always good to workout first thing in the morning so you can start your day with loads of energy and get all pumped up for your day.







Tip 3: Plan your outfit from the night before to save yourself of that morning headache of the classic “ I have nothing to wear” novel.

Tip 4: Disconnect. Spend that time in the morning drinking your first cup of coffee thinking how you want your day to be or your future plans or go to your happy place. Stay clear from your phone for the next 30 minutes. You’ll be fine, trust me!

Tip 5: Eat healthy and eat well. Breakfast is the most important meal of your day for a reason. It gets your metabolism running and it fills you up with good fat and nutrients that will slowly give you energy throughout the day. So choose wise!






Tip 6: Make sure to stay hydrated. As per tip 5, the same goes for this one too. Your body has been left without water for a good 8 hours during night time so you need to make sure that you re-hydrate it as soon as you wake up and make sure to keep up during the day. Your body will thank you for it.

Tip 7: Plan your day ahead. Start your morning by making a list with all the things you want to achieve throughout the day and put realistic goals to yourself. As the day goes by and you start crossing things of your list you will feel more satisfied and you will be able to see in paper what you have accomplished so far.

Tip 8: Make sure that you maintain your social life as well. Call your friends and do a bit of a catch up with them and plan to see them in the day or the week.






Tip 9: As I said in the first one, make sure to get a good nights sleep. Nothing worst than dark under-eye circles on a girl-boss trying to take on the day!

Tip 10: Be comfortable around yourself and learn to love the quality time you spent with you. Embrace the time you get to spend alone. These moments are valuable and are as much needed as socialising. Through these moments of solitude you get to know yourself and start to feel good in your own skin.
